This Privacy Policy explains how daxaa, s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use One Minute Clipboard ("the Service").

One Minute Clipboard is designed as a lightweight temporary text-sharing tool. We aim to minimise the amount of data processed and to keep retention short and limited to what is necessary for the Service to function, protect the Service, and maintain its availability.

Depending on how the Service is implemented, we may process the following:

• Clipboard content that you submit for temporary transfer,
• optional password data if you choose to protect an entry,
• IP address and technical request data such as request timestamps, browser or device metadata, and similar technical information necessary to operate, secure, and protect the Service,
• session or browser-related identifiers stored through cookies or similar mechanisms for security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting purposes,
• analytics and advertising-related data where analytics or marketing technologies are used.

We do not require account registration to use the Service.

IP addresses may be processed in order to help detect abuse, apply request limits, protect the Service from excessive or automated usage, and maintain the security and availability of the Service.

We process data only as needed to operate and protect the Service, including to:

• create and temporarily store a clipboard entry,
• allow retrieval of that entry using the generated code,
• apply optional password protection if selected,
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues,
• apply request rate limits and other protective measures based on IP address and browser-related identifiers,
• measure usage, performance, and marketing effectiveness where analytics or advertising tools are used.

Where EU or similar privacy laws apply, the processing is generally based on:

• performance of a service requested by you, when we temporarily process the text you submit in order to provide retrieval on another device,
• legitimate interests, where necessary to protect the Service, prevent abuse, maintain security, apply rate limits, detect suspicious activity, and keep essential technical logs,
• consent, where required by law for non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies.

Clipboard entries are intended to expire automatically after approximately 60 seconds.

After expiration, the clipboard content should no longer be available through the Service.

Certain technical and security-related data, including IP address information, session-related identifiers, or request metadata, may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, diagnostics, logging, or hosting operations.

Analytics and advertising-related data may be retained according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant third-party service providers.

If you choose to add a password to a clipboard entry, that password is used only to protect access to the submitted content.

Password-protected content can only be opened with both the correct code and the correct password, subject to the actual implementation of the Service.

The Service may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for core functionality, security, and service protection, as well as analytics and advertising-related technologies.

In particular, we may use session-related cookies or similar browser mechanisms to support operation of the Service, apply abuse-prevention controls, and distinguish browsers for security and rate-limiting purposes.

We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service, and Google Ads or other advertising platforms to measure campaigns, personalise advertising, or support remarketing, where applicable.

These technologies may collect information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the Service, referral source, IP address, and interactions with content or ads.

Where required by applicable law, consent should be obtained before non-essential cookies or advertising technologies are used.

We may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers in order to operate, secure, analyse, and promote the Service.

These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf or as independent service providers, depending on the service involved.

Third-party services used in connection with the Service may include:

• Microsoft Azure for hosting and application infrastructure,
• Google Analytics for traffic measurement and usage analytics,
• Google Ads and possibly other advertising or marketing platforms for promotion, advertising, and campaign measurement.

These third-party providers may collect or process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, usage events, referral data, cookies, or similar online identifiers, depending on how their services are configured and used.

If additional third-party providers are added in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only where necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, or protect the security and integrity of the Service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Service and the data processed through it.

These measures may include request monitoring, IP-based protection, browser/session-based protection, rate limiting, and other safeguards intended to reduce abuse and protect the availability of the Service.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because the Service is based on short-lived access codes and optional passwords, users should avoid sharing highly sensitive information unless they understand the associated risks.

If applicable law grants you privacy rights, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability in relation to personal data we hold about you.

Because One Minute Clipboard is designed for very short-lived storage and no-account use, we may not always be able to identify a specific user or connect expired clipboard content to a person.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in that context.

If our infrastructure providers process data in countries outside your jurisdiction, data may be transferred internationally as necessary to operate the Service.

Where required, we will rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
